Global CIO & Sustainability Leader, Carbon Net Neutral Technology Solutions

As a Director of International Programmes for Cable and Wireless, I managed a global team delivering multiple capital projects in excess of £100m. The move to IT Consultancy in 2008 allowed me to gain exposure to multiple disciplines including data centre strategy, IT strategy, service management consulting, IT outsourcing, transformation, complex migration management and end to end programme management of IT deliverables.

I returned to establishing and running global programmes in 2010 with a move to Deutsche Bank (mass end user migration) and then Bank of Tokyo (new bank subsidiary formation). Both high value strategic programmes had very different focusses and complexities.

In 2013, I co-founded JLIT consulting on outsource, cloud based solutions within a multi-vendor environments. I invented Comms Cube, an innovative mobile networking solution that provisioned secure bandwidth instantly whilst at JLIT.

In November 2014, I joined Align which signaled a move back into corporate and financial services IT consulting. Leading the EMEA Migration Practice I was focused on complex migrations to the cloud, process automation and transformation consulting.

In January 2019, I moved to KPMG as a Director within CIO Advisory and led UK FS capabilities including the technical architecture, IT Effectiveness, IT Sourcing and ServiceNow.

In November, 2020 I joined Yondr Group as Group CIO responsible for group IT, Sustainability, H&S, Quality and Value Creation. I led international expansion into 21 countries, set up Sustainability, full SOC set up, DevSECOps set up for application development, JAML automated onboarding, API integration platform build, agile working, automated carbon accounting systems. Shortlisted for Women in Technology CIO of the Year.

In December 2022, wanting to use my sustainability and tech credentials, I joined Carbon Net Neutral Technology Solutions who focus on building Sustainability reporting frameworks and automated reporting systems.
